Fans of top Kenyan music mix master DJ Bash have been left at crossroads following his recent shocking revelation.
DJ Bash on Friday, September 2 2022, admitted he has been fighting depression for some time now.
Taking to his Facebook page, the revered entertainer disclosed he has not been okay and would love to be given some time off to heal.
DJ Bash clearly noted that he has not been managing his depression well, therefore would love to be left alone to work on himself.
While sharing his ordeals, the father of one took time to apologise to everyone he wronged as a result of his recent outbursts brought about by depression.
Bash assured his fans that he will seek help even as he tries to heal from bouts of depression.
“Am not asking for sympathy from anyone. I know how to deal with my stress. Simply requesting for sometime to be alone. Will still fulfil all my shows, gigs and all contractual agreements I have. #YouKnowWeFire 🔥 Dont worry. Also would like to apologize to everyone family, friends and the fans for all the harm I have caused. I admit it. I am the problem, I’ll get help. In retur am also requesting , let me be alone. Please. I just need a peaceful state of mind, even if its for a while, not even for me. For Neo ❤️,” DJ Bash wrote.
In a series of posts splashed on his Facebook timeline, DJ Bash disclosed he sought help from a number of friends who instead ignored him.
The HBR deejay insisted that he cannot harm himself despite everything he is going through.

DJ Bash also used the opportunity to call out some of his friends who ignored him for weeks but pretended to care after seeing his shocking posts online.
“Tired of doing this 👆🏽Am already out of character and y’all can see. This is not me. Many will blame me but what happened for me to say F*CK IT. I’m DONE! Guys. Stop calling. I can’t explain to everyone, that’s why am posting here. Not chasing clout . F*CK! Just want y’all to know am okay, I won’t do anything. COZ I LOVE NEO. and will be there for him for as long as God allow: please stop calling. I don’t want to switch off my phone. I have boys at @bashment_crew who still need to work and make some money. Come on. I don’t have a charger on me. I’m good. Relax ❤️,” DJ Bash added.
The latest development comes barely days after DJ Bash went viral online following a dramatic encounter at a city club.
As earlier reported by a cross section of the Kenyan media, DJ Bash got his fans worried after storming the Casavera Lounge along Ngong Road, Nairobi in the wee hours, demanding his dues.
The deejay was captured on video threatening to take a mixer from the club should the management fail to pay him his dues.
Following the move, most of DJ Bash and Kenyans took to different social media platform to call on his friends to check up on him as he had gone out of character.
Many people concluded DJ Bash was not okay mentally hence his recent outbursts online and on ground.
It should be noted DJ Bash’s quandaries began when his baby mama left him.
The baby mama is said to have left with their son Neo and moved on to the next one with a mzungu sponsor.
