The Kenya Times has learnt, Mwenda Thuranira’s company recently bagged a lucrative real estate construction deal with Dubai-based investor willing to set up skyscrapers in the now developing Juba, South Sudan.
MySpace’s new engagement with the Dubai-based investors for the South Sudan’s mega projects was first made public by the real estate company’s CEO, Mwenda Thuranira hours after holding a consultative meeting with the latter party in Nairobi, Kenya.
Taking to his Facebook page, Mwenda Thuranira expressed his confidence in the Kenyan real estate industry while thanking God for securing the multi-million deal.
“Early this morning, I held a consultative meeting with Dubai based investors who are setting up a mega project in Juba, South Sudan. We grateful they choose Myspace Properties as their space provider all around Eastern Africa and to lead their mega projects development agenda .
I am glad that Eastern African countries are venturing into into real estate in a bigger and smarter way,” Thuranira captioned a photo of himself with the Dubai Investors.

MySpace’s latest achievement impressed many Kenyans who held the company has been one of the best in the country as far as real estate development is concerned.
Most lauded Mwenda Thuranira and his company for putting Kenyan on the world map with great real estate projects and engagements.
It should be noted that this is not the first major project MySpace will be handling.
The company has over the years transformed Kenya with massive real estate projects spreading from Mombasa, all the way to Nairobi and beyond.
