Mike Sonko Receives Lamborghini Gift for His Birthday

Former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has been gifted a high-end wine by Lamborghini.

Taking to his social media account, the former governor posted a video of the Lamborghini team delivering the expensive wine, Lamborghini Oro Vino Spumante, on his special day. 

“A big thank you to the Lamborghini team for making my birthday,” stated Sonko.

He then unpacked the 750ml bottle, which was elegant and shiny. The bottle goes for Ksh 20,000. The package also came with a gift set that comprised two custom Lamborghini crystal glasses.

Sonko, who turned 50 was celebrated by friends and family. Her three daughters Sandra, Salma, and Saumu showered him with emotional messages on their social platforms.

Saumu celebrated his dad, terming him a great leader adding that she has learnt a lot from him.

“Your kindness, wisdom, and strength have been a guiding light in my life. I am so proud to be your child. Here is to many more years of laughter, loved and cherished memories. I love you, Dad,” stated Saumu, his eldest child.

Sandra Mbuvi, popularly known as ‘Thicky Sandra’, also celebrated her father, describing him as her best friend.

“Your guidance, warmth, and endless love have shaped who I am, and I am so grateful for every laugh, lesson, and shared. You inspire me, and I cherish the memories we have built together,” she stated.

Mike Sonko states his expectations in new year

Sonko celebrated his 50th birthday thanking God for a new year in his life.

“Today, I just want to thank God for another year of my life. I will never stop dreaming and believing that even better things are yet to come with much focus, faith, and determination. I want to share my happiness with other people. Congratulations to me,” he said.

Kenyans also took the chance to express their wishes to the former Nairobi Governor.
