According to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), as of 2022, Mombasa County had a total of 641,913 registered voters spread across its six constituencies.
Among these, Kisauni constituency registered the highest number of voters, totalling 135,276. It was followed closely by Nyali with 124,253 registered voters, and Mvita with 118,974.
Likoni recorded 94,764 voters, while Changamwe had 93,561.
Jomvu registered the lowest number of voters in the county, with 75,085. This distribution showed both population density and voter registration trends across the county’s urban and peri-urban areas.

About Mombasa County
Mombasa County is situated along Kenya’s southeastern coastline on the shores of the Indian Ocean.
It holds the distinction of being the smallest county in Kenya in terms of land area, covering approximately 229.7 square kilometres, with an additional 65 square kilometres comprised of water mass.
Geographically, Mombasa is bordered by Kilifi County to the north, Kwale County to the southwest, and the expansive Indian Ocean to the east and southeast.
