Over 42 protesters arrested on Tuesday during the anti-government protests will be arraigned in court today.
The Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki said that the 14 arrested within Nairobi will appear before courts within the jurisdiction of where they were arrested.
Several others arrested in other parts of the country will also appear before judges in courts near them.

Yesterday a trailer transporting goods was torched along the eastern bypass, while another passenger vehicle was burned by goons along Ngong’ road where passengers were robbed.
In other parts of the city, motorists were stoned by the goons who were on the road allegedly protesting the high cost of living.
However, Azimio leaders have denied the claims, saying those are not their supporters but goons sent to infiltrate their protests.
