Public Service Cabinet Secretary Aisha Jumwa has instructed her legal representative to seek a public apology from a yet-to-be-identified pastor for calling her a witch.
Aisha Jumwa, through her lawyer Danstan Omari has ordered the pastor who painted the politician as a witch and went viral to apologise as soon as possible to avoid a legal battle.
Jumwa’s legal team, through a demand letter seen by The Kenya Times, gave the pastor two days to retract his claim or he will be sued for defamation.
According to Aisha Jumwa’s lawyer, Danstan Omari, the pastor dragged Jumwa’s name in the mud and ruined, rather discredited her good character with his vile statement.
