Former Mungiki leader Ndura Waruinge has for the first time shared with the world one of the worst experiences he has ever encountered while still at the helm of the defunct group.
Waruingi candidly narrated how a plan by a group of over 400 Mungiki members to invade and raze down the Serena Freemason Hall in Nairobi was crippled by satanic forces.
According to Ndura Waruinge, Mungiki members wanted to bring down the Freemason Hall because they were against satanic worship in the country.
Speaking during an interview with Vincent Mboya, Waruinge revealed that they managed to break into the hall armed with about 100 litres of petrol and ready to burn it.
Waruinge disclosed that they managed to douse the whole hall with petrol, but their plan was thwarted by forces not familiar to them.
According to Waruinge the matchsticks they had struck and dropped on the petrol dimmed the moment they came in contact with the petrol.
Just like water, the petrol could not light up as expected but instead made it difficult for the lit matchsticks to burn.
”We were not planning to burn the Freemason Hall, we actually invaded it and we were ready to bring it down. We got access to the hall after overpowering the security guards. We were armed with 100 litres of petrol, and we spilled it everywhere. Now the problem is, the petrol dimmed the lit matchsticks we had thrown on it. It behaved like water,” Waruinge revealed.

The former Mungiki leader noted that they decided to vandalise the hall and steal some items but were not successful either.
He said three skeletons with working eyes emerged from nowhere while they were busy trying to steal items and scared them to death.
Waruinge stated that the group could not wait any longer for more satanic experiences and bolted in a bid to save their lives.
