Kenya Power has appointed Geoffrey Muli as Acting Managing Director to replace Rosemary Oduor who was also serving in an acting capacity since August 2021.
A statement from Kenya Power indicates that Oduor will be proceeding on annual leave.
“The appointment of Geoffrey Muli takes effect on May 17,” read the statement.
Muli has been serving as General Manager in charge of Regional Coordination in the Company in Acting capacity.
Kenya Power has not had a substantive MD since the resignation of Bernard Ngugi.
The process to pick a new MD kicked off in January and was supposed to end in February.
