According to reports by The Sun, the Judge ruled that Kevin’s alimony request was “not emergent,” thus dismissing it without prejudice. In addition, the judge spared Wendy from Paying for Kevin’s legal fees. The judge also reported that Wendy and Kevin “are to participate in binding arbitration.” It is, however, important to note that this situation is not yet over.

According to The Sun, this ruling came despite Kevin proclaiming that he had “fallen behind most of his bills.” Since the payments stopped and he risked facing foreclosure. “I have fallen behind on most of my bills. “I currently live in a community that requires payment to the homeowners association, and I’m behind on that bill. If the homeowners association fees are not paid, a foreclosure will soon follow”. He further said that his life had been greatly affected since the plaintiff, Wendy, stopped making payments under their settlement agreement.
Wendy Williams and Kevin hunter tied the knot on November 30th, 1997, and shared a son, Kevin Jr. Wendy filed for a divorce in 2019, ending their two-decade union.
