One-time celebrated music videos director Nelson Ominde alias Nelson Tiger is homeless and needs help from Kenya to get a home and eventually back on his feet.
The Kenya Times has learnt Tiger has been going through a rough time ever since he took an indefinite hiatus from the music industry.
News of his sad state was first made public via a video of himself looking all beaten up, dirty and tired which was shared online anonymously.
In a consequent video, but this time with gospel singer Mbuvi who confirmed Tiger’s situation, it was made public that indeed the video director has been struggling and really needs assistance from well-wishers.

Tiger, however, had somewhat received some assistance from gospel singers Bahati, Mbuvi, and Janet Otieno among others who sought anonymity.
Prior to Mbuvi’s revelation, Tiger’s situation had been laid bare by a Kenyan actor who sensationally insisted the video director was slowly turning into a street urchin.
The actor disclosed that fellow celebrities had neglected Tiger despite having helped them become big names in the music industry.

Following news of Tiger’s quandaries, Dancehall musician KRG The Don came out and offered to assist Tiger.
In a public Instagram post seen by The Kenya Times, KRG asked the public to help him contact Tiger or even inform him to go to Casavera Lounge and meet him for a possible bailout.
“Someone put me in contact with Dir. Tiger or tell him to come to Casavera Lounge from 4.00 PM. We see how we can help him,’ KRG posted on IG.
Tiger has worked with some of East Africa’s finest musicians such as Christina Shusho, Bahati, Willy Paul, Janet Otieno, and a host of others.
