The Kapseret MP-elect Oscar Sudi’s former mathematics teacher has told the court he had no information of where Sudi went after class seven.
The MP-elect is facing a court allegation challenging his academic achievements and papers.
Simon Cherop was Sudi’s teacher at Tulwopng’etuny Primary School, where he taught him Mathematics.
Cherop on Wednesday told the Court the MP-elect went to school for only two years from 1995.
The teacher went ahead to tell the Milimani Magistrate, Felix Kombo, that Sudi was originally called Kipchumba Kipletich.
The teacher admitted to teaching Sudi who was very active in games but had no information of where he cleared his primary education, or whether he enrolled for the education levels that followed.
Oscar Sudi was accused of presenting fake papers for His Diploma in Business Management from Kenya Institute of Management and his secondary certificate from Highway Secondary School.
Former highway Secondary School Principal Patrick Maritim in May testified against Sudi claiming enrollment details of the accused did not exist in the school records.
“According to the records, Sudi did not sit for KCSE exams…Oscar Sudi’s name does not appear anywhere,” Maritim said then in a court when the accused was absent with apology.
At the time Sudi said he was travelling outside the Country for medical consultations.
