Moments after Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka bolted out of the Azimio-One Kenya Alliance, KANU Secretary General Nick Salat has assured that the party will not be following suit.
Speaking during the unveiling of the Azimio presidential running mate in Nairobi, Salat said KANU was in Azimio to stay
KANU party leader Gideon Moi had earlier arrived at KICC for the event but later walked out and joined Musyoka at his presidential campaign command center in Karen where Musyoka announced his bid to run for the presidency.
Moi has however not declared if he will be endorsing Musyoka’s candidature.
Moi and Musyoka had on Sunday held a meeting at Musyoka’s Karen home with no details coming out of the meeting
