AAR Insurance Kenya offers medical and general insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses. Currently, AAR serves more than 200,000 customers in Kenya alone.

With the focus on expanding our market through digital innovation, capitalising on opportunities in underserved segments like SMEs and micro-insurance.

AAR Insurance was established in Nairobi, Kenya, in 1984 under the name Africa Air Rescue (AAR). Initially, the company focused on providing emergency medical services and air evacuation.

In its early years, AAR focused on air ambulance services, offering medical evacuation and emergency care.

The organization established operational partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure patients received timely treatment.

As the demand for healthcare services increased, AAR began to diversify its operations.
