Jubilee Holdings Limited (JHL) has relocated its offices and the Shares Registry from Jubilee Insurance Centre, Wabera Street Nairobi to Jubilee Insurance Headquarters, Kilimanjaro Avenue, Upper Hill, Nairobi.
In a notice on March 10, the Group advised all clients, partners, and stakeholders to take note of the changes.
However, Jubilee Holdings said the Customer Care Centre at Jubilee Insurance Centre, Wabera Street remains operational to serve customers.
“For any inquiries or assistance regarding shares or dividends, please contact us at the above-named location,” reads part of the notice.
Jubilee Holdings informed Jubilee Health Insurance Limited stakeholders of the changes.
It explained that the move aligns with our commitment to enhancing service delivery.
“We continue to provide quality health insurance solutions at our new location,” adds another part of the notice.
Similarly, Jubilee Holdings esteemed clients and partners of Jubilee Asset Management Limited of the change in location.
It emphasized that its commitment to offering expert asset management solutions remains unchanged.
“We look forward to serving you at our new location,” the Group said.
Further, the Jubilee Life Insurance Limited partners, and stakeholders were informed of the development.
“Our dedication to securing your future remains unwavering. We welcome you to visit us at our new location,” the Group said.

JHL Buys Coca-Cola Offices
Coca-Cola announced the sale of the property which sits on 3.2 acres in July 2019 after moving to a new building in Lavington.
Jubilee Holdings bought Coca-Cola East Africa’s former head office in Nairobi’s Upper Hill at a cost of Sh1.1 billion in 2022.
The firm announced plans to lease out part of its current address-Jubilee Insurance House on Wabera Street- which will also continue to house its agents and customer service operations.
“We bought the Coca-Cola building at a cost of Sh1.1 billion. We got a very good deal,” Jubilee Holdings chairman, Nizar Juma said.

Jubilee Holding Limited Growth
JHL was founded in 1937 making it the first incorporated insurance company in Mombasa.
It has since grown currently serving over 1.9 million clients across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, and Mauritius.
