History
G4S started to be in operation back in 2000. However, its history dates to the year 1990s.
It was followed by a series succession of international acquisitions of security companies in different countries such as South Africa, the Czech Republic, and France.
In 2021, G4S was acquired by Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company based in the United States.

In 2004, Securicor merged with Group 4 Falck to form Group 4 Securicor (G4S) and began trading on the London and Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
