Three Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) soldiers were on Thursday killed following a road accident at Jogoo area along the Nakuru – Eldoret highway.
17 others officers were injured in the accident .
According to a police report seen by The Kenya Times, the officers were traveling from Eldoret to Nakuru.
The driver of the vehicle lost control upon reaching the twin bridge area.
The vehicle overturned with all the 20 KDF soldiers who were onboard
The injured, among them the driver who is presently unconscious, were rushed to the Molo sub-county hospital for treatment.
Bodies of the deceased are also lying at the same facility’s mortuary awaiting postmortem
