The Kenya Forest Service has opened applications for the 2026/2027 training opportunities at the Kenya Forestry College (KFC).
In a notice shared on April 7, the Kenya Forestry College invited interested candidates to apply through the official KFS and college websites and submit completed applications.
“Interested applicants should visit the KFS website www.kenyaforestservice.org and the KFC website www.kfc.ac.ke to view and apply for interested courses,” read part of the college statement.
KFC stated that all applications must be received by April 30, 2025. The training programs will be conducted at Kenya Forestry College, located in Londiani, Kericho County.
Kenya Forestry College Application Requirements
Kenya Forestry College has outlined the requirements for applicants seeking admission to its 2026/2027 training programs.
Interested candidates are required to submit a completed application form, supporting documents, and proof of payment of the application fee.
The application requirements include the following:
- Completed the application form from the KFS or KFC websites
- Copies of relevant academic certificates
- Copy of National Identity Card or Birth Certificate
- Proof of payment of non-refundable KSh 1,000 application fees (e-Citizen or bank slip)
- Valid telephone number and email address
- Application submitted via post or email to the principal or admissions offices.
How to Apply
According to the Kenya Forestry College, applications should be completed using forms obtained from the Kenya Forest Service or the Kenya Forestry College websites and submitted together with supporting documents.

Further, it explained that applicants should ensure they have included their personal telephone numbers and email addresses in the application form.
