Muthetheni Girls’ Secondary School is a public boarding girls’ school located in the Muthetheni area of Mwala Constituency, Machakos County, in Kenya’s Eastern region.
The school serves learners from Machakos and neighbouring counties under the national secondary education system.
It was previously an Extra-County public school but has since evolved from a conventional secondary institution into a C2 public girls’ boarding senior school under Kenya’s Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).

As a C2 category public senior school, Muthetheni Girls’ Secondary School has an official annual tuition fee of Ksh45,054.
