Mutisya also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the UON.

He holds a Diploma in Logistics Management from CEFORD Institute of relief & Development (2001).
Work Experience
He is serving as Executive Trainer at Regional Supply Chain Trainers. Harley is also a Procuring Agent at PPRA Kenya and Part-time Faculty Lecturer at University of Nairobi.
Between March 2019 and February 2024, he worked as Director, Supply Chain Management at the IEBC. Mutisya also served as the Head of Operations at Keroche Breweries Limited from March 2017 to February 2019.
Before this, he was a Stores and Logistics Manager at the Company between November 2015 and February 2017. Between August 2010 and October 2015, Mutisya worked as Head of the Supply Chain at JOYLEY.
He also served at Roto as a Logistics and Administration Manager from May 2006 to July 2010. Mutisya worked at Unga Group PLC as a Distribution Manager, Fleet Administration Manager, and Transport Supervisor.
He worked at the Company from September 1996 to October 2005. Prior to this, he worked as a Pharmacy Manager at Tala Pharmacy and Administration and Purchasing Officer at WIMA Chemists.
Mutisya started his career at Guru Nanak Ramgarhia Sikh Hospital as a Pharmacy Assistant in September 1987.
