A section of Kenyans on X (Formerly Twitter) posted a list of individuals who President William Ruto should consider in his new cabinet.
President Ruto dissolved his cabinet and fired all Cabinet Secretaries except the Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi, who is now in charge of all the ministries.
Comedian Daniel Ndambuki, alias Churchill, artist Nadia Mukami, and former Kenyatta University Vice Chancellor (VC) Olive Mugenda are among the names fronted to be CSs.
According to the post, Mugenda should be in charge of the East African Community (EAC), the ASALs, and Regional Development.
However, other reports on X indicate that Mugenda might succeed former CS Ezekiel Machogu in the education docket.
Churchill is linked to the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports, and The Arts, while Nadia Mukami is backed to succeed Aisha Jumwa and Moses Kuria under the Ministry of Public Service, Gender, and Affirmative Action.
Retained Former CSs
PCS Mudavadi, former Defence CS Aden Duale, and his lands counterpart Alice Wahome have all been retained in their respective ministries in the list.
Former Energy CS Davis Chirchir has been moved to the Ministry of Transport and Roads, while Soipan Tuya has been moved to the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife.
Additionally, former Interior CS Kithure Kindiki is backed to be the next Attorney General.

Others Proposed to be in the Cabinet
According to the list, Kericho Senator and Senate Majority Leader Aaron Cheruiyot should take over from Mithika Linturi as the next Agriculture CS, as IG Eric Kiraithe occupies the Ministry of Interior and National Administration.
Lungalunga MP Khatib Mwashetani is fronted to be CS in charge of Co-operative and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development.
Former Chief Administrative Secretaries (CAS) Mercy Mwangangi and David Osiany are tied to the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Trade, Investment, and Industry respectively.
Further, Institute of Economic Affairs CEO Kwame Owino should take charge of Treasury, while Mwenda Kilemi should succeed Eliud Owalo at the ICT docket.

The list suggests that State House Deputy Chief of Staff Josephat Nanok should be the Water and Sanitation CS, while Basic Education PS Belio Kipsang should be promoted to take charge of the ministry as CS.
Besides, the list backs former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) CEO Ezra Chiloba to succeed Salim Mvurya as the Energy and Petroleum CS.
Mercy Kiiru Wanjau is retained as the Secretary to the Cabinet, while Steve Mwekesi should be in charge of Mining, Blue Economy, and Maritime Affairs as per the list.
