Former NRG Radio presenters have come out to expose the station’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Kamene Goro.
In an Instagram live session, the former employees led by Angie Chege, revealed that Kamene has been bullying employees at the station.
According to the former presenters, Kamene was rude to other hosts and often took advantage of people’s weaknesses to bring them down.
Angie Chege joined the station on April 30, 2024, but has since exited the station, with listeners taking note that she had not been on air throughout October.
“I genuinely looked up to her but Oh My God…. and this issue of advocating for young girls is all a facade
“I stepped out of the studio one time and the first thing she told me was ‘Wagman my Love’ was her personal greeting. She said that I should find my own,” said Angie.

At the same time, the three ladies pointed fingers at their former boss for the exit of social media sensation and former colleague King Kalala.
According to them, while Kamene and Kalala appeared to be friends before the public, Kamene was often harsh on her behind closed doors.
“This issue of people saying that they don’t know what happened to Kalala, this lady used to tell this girl hurtful things and act like she was teaching her things.
“Kalala was scared because she had been told that Kamene would mentor her, but things got out of hand and she decided that she would not do that anymore.
Kalala announced her exit from the station on October 8, 2024, after about three years.
Her announcement came just two days after her counterpart Natalie Githinji also announced her exit.
