Create an eCitizen Account: Visit www.ecitizen.go.ke and register.

Fill Out the Application Form: Complete Form 19 online.
Pay the Application Fee: Use M-Pesa, debit/credit card, or other approved payment methods.
Print Two Copies: You’ll need two printed copies of your completed form and two invoices.

Submit in Person: Visit the nearest Immigration office, including airport locations, to submit your application and documents.
Processing Time
Applications are typically processed within a few hours to a few days, depending on workload and urgency. Same-day issuance may be possible in critical situations.
