Teachers who work under tsc stagnate in one job group for long.Instead of dealing with the problem,the commission adopted career progression in 2017 which made the situation worse;for instance,someone who had stagnated for 7 years was redesignated from L to c3 in 2017 together with one who had stayed for 1 year in the job group.All the two have 2017 july 1st As their promotional date to c3,which is unfair and undermining to the one who have stagnated longer.I strongly believe the Tsc and government of Kenya nolonger care about teachers and education in this country
