The Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB) has issued information regarding the upcoming exams.
In a notice dated September 10, 2024, KASNEB detailed the examination schedule and registration deadlines for various courses.
According to the announcement, “Students of KASNEB, as well as parents, sponsors, guardians, training institutions, and other stakeholders, are hereby informed that the December 2024 exams will be conducted over five days, from Monday, December 2, 2024, to Friday, December 6, 2024.”
The deadline for both registration and examination entry is Friday, November 1, 2024. Individuals intending to sit for these exams should ensure they meet these critical deadlines to avoid missing the opportunity to participate in the December exams.
Specific Examination Dates
- Monday, December 2, 2024, and Tuesday, December 3, 2024: The following diploma exams will be administered:
- Diploma in Data Management and Analytics (DDMA)
- Diploma in Computer Networks and Systems Administration (DCNSA)
On the same dates, the following certificate courses will also take place:

- Certificate in Accounting and Management Skills (CAMS)
- Accounting Technicians Diploma (ATD)
- Certified Public Accountants (CPA)
- Certified Secretaries (CS)
- Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (CIFA)
- Certified Credit Professionals (CCP)
- Certified Information Systems Solutions Expert (CISSE)
- Certified Forensic Fraud Examiner (CFFE)
- Vocational Certificate Courses: (VCEI), (VCGD), (VCICS), and VCBCT
- Certified Procurement and Supply Professional of Kenya (CPSP-K)
- Associate in Procurement and Supply of Kenya (APS-K)
- Certified Quality Professional (CQP)
- Tuesday, December 3, 2024, and Thursday, December 5, 2024: Foreign Accountancy Qualifications (FAQ) will be administered.
- Friday, December 6, 2024: The Business Data Analytics Practical Paper (CPA) and Financial Modelling and Data Analytics Practical Paper (CIFA) will be held.
KASNEB advises all concerned candidates to make prior arrangements to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements for the exams.

Fee Payment Methods
Students are advised to use the student portal link https://online.kasneb.or.ke for fee payments. Detailed guidance on this payment method is available on the student portal. Foreign-based students should pay through KCB Dollar Account No. 1123096465.
Students must adhere to the specified payment channels. Payments made through any KASNEB staff member or agent are strictly prohibited, and cash payments will NOT be accepted at KASNEB offices.
All continuing students of KASNEB are required to renew their annual registration by July 1 each year while new students must renew their registration by July 1 following their first eligible examination sitting and yearly thereafter.
