What is its link with the Indian Multimillion Penthouse?
Dubbed the Bradijon mansions, the Zimmerman building has been compared to a Ksh2.9 billion penthouse in India belonging to a businessman known as Vijay Mallya.
The Iconic Indian penthouse has been constructed with the same concept as the Bradijon mansion. A luxurious mansion sits on top of a 400-foot apartment building.
Mallya’s home is built on top of the Kingfisher Towers in Bengaluru, India and covers 40,000 square feet. It also shares nothing with the rest of the apartments in the building below.
The tycoon has enjoyed vast wealth including a private jet, a customized Boeing 727, his own Formula 1 team and an array of homes around the world including the penthouse.
