The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has announced 336 vacant positions in fresh mass recruitment to enhance its service delivery across the country.
In a notice on Tuesday, November 21, NSSF noted that it is seeking to recruit energetic Kenyans to fill the vacant positions including positions for drivers, office assistants and managers.
Further, the notice indicated that full job specifications or requirements had been provided on the organization’s website at www.nssf.or.ke, under quick links.
“The National Social Security Fund has service delivery points spread across the country and is seeking to enhance capacity of its human resource to achieve its obligations of service delivery to all Kenyans.
“The Fund seeks to recruit experienced and energetic Kenyans to fill these vacancies from the positions as outlined,” stated the notice.

NSSF Details Vacant Positions
The highest number of vacancies were for the Principal Officer position which had 78 vacant slots under job grade MG6.
Also, NSSF indicated that it was recruiting 46 Management Trainees for the MG8 job group.
In addition, the social security fund is looking for 32 Senior Assistant Accounts Officers to help enhance its performance.
Likewise, the notice asked interested candidates to apply for the Senior Principal Officer position, noting that there were 28 vacancies under the position.
Further, NSSF directed interested applicants to submit a cover letter, a CV and other required certifications to the social Security House by Monday, December 11, 2023.

At the same time, qualified Office Administrators were encouraged to apply for the available 27 slots under the MG8 job group.
NSSF also advertised 24 vacant positions for Accountants and 22 vacant positions for Drivers, 19 vacant positions for Assistant Managers and six positions for Regional Managers.
Additionally, there were 15 vacancies each for Branch Managers Positions, Office Assistant Positions and Fingerprint Officer positions.
Other vacancies include one position for a Fingerprints Assistant, one position for a Senior Assistant Marketing /Member and Customer Experience Officer, two positions for Records Officers and two positions for Security Officers.
Also, interested, and qualified people can apply for the two vacancies for the Ethics and Integrity Officer position and the Administration Officer position.
How to Apply
While issuing further instructions on the application process, NSSF detailed that interested applicants should submit a cover letter, a Curriculum Vitae and copies of certificates/testimonials to the NSSF office at Social Security House.
Notably, current NSSF staff were encouraged to apply for vacancies.
Application deadline was set for December 11, 2023.
“Interested applicants are required to send a cover letter, Curriculum Vitae and copies of certificates/testimonials by hand/courier in an envelope that is clearly marked indicating the position applied for
“OR drop the application at Social Security House, Bishops Road, Block ‘A’, Western Wing, Fourth Floor by Monday, 11th December 2023 at 5.00 PM,” added the notice.
