The Parliament of Kenya has announced a wide-ranging tender that includes a lucrative offer for the provision of charter plane and chopper services.
In a notice published by the Parliamentary Service Commission on August 25, the Senate announced the registration of suppliers, contractors, and consultants for the financial years 2025/2026 to 2026/2027, under tender number SEN/SCM/REG/001/2025 – 2025.
The registration is open for various categories of goods, works, and consultancy services, including travel, ICT, construction, and even branded merchandise.
Among the most eye-catching listings is Category B3, which calls for the “Provision of Charter Plane and Chopper Services.”
This tender is open to all eligible companies capable of meeting the Senate’s logistical and safety standards, especially for regional and remote deployments.
Interested bidders have until September 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. to submit sealed applications, clearly marked with the relevant category number and name, to the Tender Box at the Red Cross Building, Nairobi.
Applicants must also include their E-GP (electronic government procurement) registration number.
The move is part of the Senate’s commitment to streamline procurement and ensure timely access to critical services.
