The Social Health Authority (SHA) has published the names of shortlisted candidates for four key director positions, following an extensive recruitment process advertised on July 29, 2025.
According to the SHA board, a total of 494 applications were received for the roles of Director of Provider and Beneficiary Management, Director of Benefits and Claims Management, Director of Corporate Services, and Director of Funds and Finance Management.
Of these, 38 candidates were shortlisted for interviews.
The interviews are scheduled to take place at the SHA Headquarters, 10th Floor Boardroom, with the first set on September 9 and the final interviews on September 10, 2025.
Positions and Number of Shortlisted Candidates
- Director, Provider and Beneficiary Management (SHA/127/2025): 10 shortlisted from 126 applicants.
- Director, Benefits and Claims Management (SHA/128/2025): 10 shortlisted from 103 applicants.
- Director, Corporate Services (SHA/129/2025): 9 shortlisted from 160 applicants.
- Director, Funds and Finance Management (SHA/130/2025): 9 shortlisted from 105 applicants.

Shortlisted candidates are required to bring original copies of their national identity cards, academic and professional certificates, valid clearances from relevant institutions, and other supporting documents to the interview.
They are advised to report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled interview time.
