Ndiangui Kinyagia, 35, is a well-known tech entrepreneur and digital commentator who has been missing since June 21, 2025.
He is the Managing Director and founder of ARI Limited, a Nairobi-based tech firm that focuses on practical, user-driven software solutions.

He’s been involved in mobile app development at SHARPER Innovations and has trained many upcoming creatives at the Africa Digital Media Institute (ADMI). He also worked as a corporate trainer at the Institute of Advanced Technology (IAT), helping build digital skills in East Africa.

Kinyagia studied Computer Science at Kabarak University, focusing on Software Engineering and Networking, and later earned certifications from Emobilis and IAT in mobile development and IT support.

His Disappearance
Kinyagia’s disappearance has raised serious concerns. Witnesses say armed men, believed to be from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), raided his home in Kinoo and took electronic devices.
He has not been seen or heard from since. A High Court judge on June 30, ordered the police and DCI to present him in court, but they are yet to comply.

Before his disappearance, the blogger reportedly claimed a plan to lead demonstrators to State House, where they would lower the presidential standard flag.
Justice Chacha Mwita, who presided over the habeas corpus application on Monday, June 30, emphasised the seriousness of the case, pointing out that the prolonged disappearance of the citizen raises grave concerns about his safety.
The judge directed the IG and Amin to comply with the order by appearing in court on Tuesday at 11am, either with Kinyagia or with a credible explanation for his absence.
