Professor Jay, whose real name is Joseph Haule, recently shared a message on Instagram informing his fans that he is doing well and in good health.
This comes two years after he was admitted to a hospital, and he expressed his gratitude to God for healing him and giving him another chance to live. He also mentioned that he received treatment abroad with the help of the Tanzanian government and well-wishers who supported him financially.

In his message, Professor Jay thanked the doctors and nurses who provided him with high-quality treatment during his year-long stay in the hospital, especially during the 127 days he spent in the ICU. While the family did not disclose the cause of his ailment, there were rumors that he had lost his memory. However, his brother and wife later clarified that he still remembers people’s faces and is undergoing specialized therapy under the care of medics.

According to his wife, Grace Mgonjo, Professor Jay is healthy and happy to hear about his loved ones. Though he has not yet returned home, they are working to ensure he is stable and well-nourished.
