Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua while speaking in Kitui on Sunday, October 23 during a church service stated that the Kenya Kwanza government has no problem with Kalonzo Musyoka.
The deputy president while responding to Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti who had requested that they reach out to Kalonzo Musyoka, said that they have been waiting for the Wiper leader to come on board.
Gachagua further noted that the only issue at hand is that they don’t understand the Wiper Party boss.
“Governor Wavinya Ndeti, we have no problem with Kalonzo, we are waiting for him. It is you who will decide what you want with him because we don’t understand him.

“We looked for him, asked him to join us but he went back to Raila Odinga. Even on the day he was ashamed of being subjected to the running mate interview, it was us who defended him. We don’t know why he is confused,” Gachagua stated.
Moreover, the DP noted that if Kalonzo cannot lead the Ukambani region into government, then the region’s governors should team up and lead the community.
Furthermore, President William Ruto who was also present for the church service vowed to work with all leaders irrespective of their political affiliation to better the lives of Kenyans.
