This collective act accompanied the projection of a poignant quote by Martin Luther King on the big screen: “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.”
Beyond the spectators and the 165 accredited journalists in the stadium who directly experienced and actively participated in the initiative, the impactful message conveyed by the Club resonated globally.

This widespread coverage not only enhanced the reach of AC Milan’s powerful statement but also contributed to reaching over 550 million Rossoneri around the world and all football fans, helping to continue shining a light on the issue of discrimination.

Giorgio Furlani, CEO of AC Milan said the initiative is a tangible testament of the club’s unwavering commitment in the battle against hate and racism.
He stated that AC Milan does not tolerate racism and aims at making football inclusive for everybody.
