Kenya Harlequin FC has informed fans how to watch the 59th edition of the Christie 7s tournament from Sunday, August 17, 2025.
In a statement on August 17, Kenya Harlequin FC announced to fans across Kenya and the region that they will now be able to catch the tournament live on national television.
Kenya Harlequin FC said the Christie 7s tournament will be broadcast on NTV from 3:oopm, on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
We have partnered with NTV, the television station of Christie 7s official media partner, Nation Media Group, to bring the action directly to your screens, with live coverage airing from 3:00 PM on Sunday, 17 August 2025.
This broadcast ensures that rugby lovers everywhere can share in the excitement of Christie 7s, whether at the stadium, online through the official Kenya Harlequins YouTube Channel KQuinsTV https://www.youtube.com/@KQuinsTV, or now on national TV.
The Club thanked all rugby fans, partners, and stakeholders for their continued support as they celebrate the 2025 tournament under the theme This One Is Ours.
Kenya Harlequin FC had earlier addressed fans and stakeholders regarding the livestream of the Christie 7s tournament.
The Club said it experienced challenges with the paid livestream platform on the first day of the tournament.
It stated that from Day 2 onwards, all matches will be streamed live and free on the official KQuins TV YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/@KQuins TV.
Kenya Harlequin FC said refund details will be communicated directly to the affected fans.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Day 1 single-ticket holders will be fully reimbursed. Season ticket holders will also be refunded in full, as the livestream has been made free for all fans. We thank you for your patience, understanding, and unwavering support as we continue to deliver the best of rugby through Christie 7s.

Christie 7s History and Dominance
Christie 7s is Kenya’s and Africa’s premier rugby 7s club tournament.
It was first played in 1964, and it is one of the oldest and most prestigious rugby 7s tournaments in the world.
Christie 7s is owned and delivered by Kenya Harlequins Football Club, one of the most successful, admired, and respected sports clubs in Africa.
The tournament is held in Nairobi, Kenya, at the RFUEA grounds, Ngong Road.
Christie 7s draws clubs from different parts of the country.

Day 1 Results
The three-day event kicks off on August 15 with the Age Grade tournament in the morning, followed by the Veterans competition in the evening.
Defending Christie 7s champions Kabras Sugar suffered a shock exit from the main Cup contention on Saturday.
Daystar Falcons topped the group, followed by Menengai Oilers, to book their ticket to the main cup quarterfinals.
KCB won all its games to qualify in Pool D alongside Nondescript, who came.
In Pool A, Strathmore Leos bounced back from an opening loss to Zetech Oaks to win over Mombasa RFC and host Kenya Harlequin.
