In a late-night statement on November 21, Gachagua revealed that security agents using unmarked vehicles had been following him around.
Further, he said that the occupants of the vehicles were marking his visitors and following him as he left the home including when he travelled to his rural home in Nyeri.
At the time, the former DP stated that the vehicles were parked in front of the gate of his Nairobi home.
“Security agents in unmarked cars have been following me wherever I go. They are parking at the entrance of my Nairobi residence, taking notes of all my visitors, and they trail me whenever I leave the house, even all the way to my rural home in Nyeri,” Gachagua said.
