Celebrated Swahili news anchor Lulu Hassan has somehow given Kenyan ladies more reason to stick by their men, despite their situations.
Lulu Hassan on Saturday, October 8, shared an old photo of herself with her now hubby Rashid Abdalla during their broke days.
Taking to her Instagram, the mother of three shared a photo of herself looking all thin and broke.
Next to him was her hubby Rashid Abdalla who looked equally thin and beaten by life.
Then, the couple was just starting out and did not have the money, influence, or fame they are currently enjoying.
On the caption, Lulu took a punch at her hubby Rashid in the most romantic way.
“Kuna mtu alikuwa anasema kitu. Siku hizi hasemi. Tag him,” Lulu captioned.
Her post not only impressed many Kenyans but also inspired them in a big way.
Many who commented on the post showered the couple with love as they expressed how they wish to be like the two when they “grow up”.

It should be noted Lulu and Rashid have been an inspiration to many young Kenyans who look up to them for guidance.
From being “mere journalists” to becoming some of the biggest filmmakers in East Africa.
Through their production company, Jiffy Pictures, the couple has produced a number of local hit shows and series, The Kenya Times understands.
Of course, with the success in production came lots and lots of money which has escalated them to a way upper financial class.
Apart from their company, the two also host news together on Citizen TV, making them the first ever media couple to broadcast together.
