The Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examinations Board (KASNEB) has announced the full restoration of payment services on its student portal following an earlier technical disruption.
In a notice on March 17, 2026, the board confirmed that the portal is now operating normally, allowing students to access their accounts, make payments, and book examinations without interruption.
“We wish to inform all students and other stakeholders that the student portal and payment services have now been fully restored following the earlier technical disruption,” read part of the notice.
It stated that all services on the platform are currently functioning optimally and encouraged students to proceed with their portal activities as usual.
The board also thanked students and stakeholders for their patience during the downtime and apologised for any inconvenience caused by the temporary disruption.
