What SHA Covers at Different Facility Levels
Level 2 facilities are generally the first point of contact for basic healthcare. The facilities offer outpatient consultations, basic treatment, preventive and promotive health services, maternal and child health services, and other eligible primary healthcare interventions.
On the other hand, Level 3 facilities provide a broader range of primary and intermediate services, including consultations, laboratory investigations, maternity services, management of common illnesses, and stabilization or referral of patients who need more advanced treatment.
