JKUAT Enterprises Limited (JKUATES), a state corporation fully owned by Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), has announced career opportunities for qualified professionals and graduate trainees in various engineering sectors and information technology.

Therefore, as part of this mission, the corporation is seeking to recruit highly motivated, results-driven individuals to fill the following positions:

For experienced professionals, JKUATES is offering career opportunities in five key engineering disciplines.

These include positions for Civil Engineers (Ref: VA/CE/EE/2025/05), Mechanical Engineers (Ref: VA/ME/EE/2025/05), and Mechatronics Engineers (Ref: VA/MCT/EE/2025/05). 

Additionally, JKUAT Enterprises Limited is looking for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (Ref: VA/EEE/EE/2025/05) and Geospatial Engineers (Ref: VA/GEO/EE/2025/05).

The initiative targets recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in engineering and information technology.

Moreover, opportunities are available for Civil Engineers (Ref: CE/GE/2025/05), Mechanical Engineers (Ref: MCL/GE/2025/05), Mechatronics Engineers (Ref: MCT/GE/2025/05), Electrical & Electronics Engineers (Ref: EEE/GE/2025/05), and Geospatial Engineers (Ref: GEO/GE/2025/05).

Also, there is an opening for ICT Officers (Ref: IT/MT/2025/05), offering graduates in tech-related fields a chance to gain valuable experience in a professional setting.

How to Apply

Interested applicants are required to submit their applications through JKUATES’ online recruitment portal.

For career positions, candidates should visit jkuates.fuzu.com, while graduate trainees should also apply via the same platform.

Further, applications must include a signed application letter, a detailed curriculum vitae indicating professional experience and referees, a copy of the national ID or passport.

Applicants are also required to submit certified copies of academic and professional credentials, including registration with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) or a relevant professional body.

The deadline for applications is 5:00 PM EAT on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Late applications will not be considered.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Those selected will be required to present original documents during the interview process for verification.
