Wells Fargo Limited has announced job opportunities for qualified and experienced drivers.
In a notice dated October 24, the company stated that the recruitment exercise will take place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, starting at 7:00 AM, at the Fargo Training School, Suvida Business Complex, Beijing Road, Mlolongo (off Mombasa Road).
The company is seeking reliable drivers with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
“We are looking for reliable and experienced drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service,” part of the notice read.
Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents during the recruitment:
- Handwritten Application Letter addressed to the HR Manager, Wells Fargo Ltd, P.O. Box 43370–00100, Nairobi
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs
- National ID – Original and two photocopies (applicants must be aged between 28–45 years)
- Valid Driving License – Original and photocopy (minimum 5 years’ experience; Trailer (D1) license is an added advantage)
- Minimum height: 5 ft 10 in
- KCSE Certificate and Form Four result slip – Original and photocopy
- Secondary School Leaving Certificate – Original and photocopy
- Additional certifications – Defensive Driving or Trailer License (optional but advantageous)

- Police Clearance Certificate – Not older than six months (or proof of application receipt)
- NSSF Card – Original and photocopy
- NHIF/Universal Health ID number – Photocopy
- KRA PIN Certificate – Original and photocopy
- Letter from Chief/Sub-Chief – Must include postal address, postal code, and contact details
- Three reference letters – Originals from non-relatives, non-government officers, and non-Wells Fargo employees, each with ID copies and full contact details
- Employment history – Original and photocopies of recommendation letters or service certificates from previous employers (if applicable)
- Residence sketch maps – For both rural and urban homes
- Bank account details – Valid account number and branch name
Failure to provide any of the required documents may result in disqualification.
