Nick Ruto
Born on January 1, 1989, Nick Ruto is a lawyer by profession and one of the children of President William Ruto and Rachel Ruto.
He studied at the Kenya School of Law and was admitted to the bar in February 2019 by former Chief Justice David Maraga after successfully completing his examinations, officially becoming an Advocate of the High Court.
Away from the legal profession, Nick is married Evelyn Chemtai, in a private wedding held in 2021.
Charlene Ruto
Charlene Ruto currently serves as the Founder and CEO of The Young People’s Network International, a role she has held since March 2025, and chairs the board of Weston Hotel Nairobi.
At the hotel, she previously worked as Strategic Management Director from 2018 and served in PR and branding between 2018 and 2023.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality Administration and Management from Les Roches, where she studied between 2017 and 2018.
Charlene also earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Daystar University, where she studied from 2011 to 2014.
June Ruto
She is the second-born child of President-elect Ruto.
June holds a degree in Diplomacy from the United States International University (USIU) and pursued additional studies in International Relations at the University of Queensland in Australia.
In her professional career, she served at the Kenyan Embassy in Rome, Italy, where she worked as Second Counsellor.
Since June 2014, she has been actively engaged in Kenya–EU diplomatic relations.
In May 2021, she married Alexander Ezenagu in a ceremony held in Karen.

George Ruto
George Ruto, the youngest son of President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto.
He has built himself a name in Kenya’s transport industry.
On Friday, July 18, 2025, George unveiled a flashy new matatu dubbed Mood during a high-energy concert at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC).
Beyond his entrepreneurial interests, George is a licensed pilot registered under the Kenya Airline Pilots Association (KALPA).
George joined Mang’u High School in Kiambu County in 2013 and later enrolled at Strathmore University.
According to former schoolmates, he kept a low profile but stood out for his focus and drive.
He graduated seven years later, in 2021, with a Degree in Actuarial Science.

Stephanie Ruto
Stephanie Jepchumba Ruto is a trained lawyer who graduated from Strathmore University with a Bachelor of Laws degree.
Her graduation from Strathmore University was marked in 2019, when she officially joined the legal profession after completing her studies, with her family celebrating the milestone.
Nadia Cherono
Nadia Cherono Ruto is the adopted daughter of President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto.
She was rescued as a newborn in 2015 after being discovered near a Catholic church in Machakos County.
President Ruto named her after his late mother, Cherono, and later welcomed her into the family. Adia has since been raised as part of Kenya’s First Family.
Abby Cherop
Cherop was born in 2006. She is the daughter of William Ruto and Prisca Chemutai Bett.
Abby Cherop Ruto scored 406 marks in the 2019 KCPE examinations, emerging as one of the top performers at Greenvale School in Uasin Gishu County.
Her mother, Prisca Chemutai Bett, described the then 13-year-old as consistently hardworking and promising, noting her steady performance throughout her academic journey.
