The foundation of these awards lies in the World Airport Survey, a detailed questionnaire completed by travelers between August 2023 and March 2024.
This extensive survey involves various aspects of the passenger experience, from check-in procedures and arrivals to transfers, shopping, and security/immigration processes, culminating in departure at the gate.
