Kenyan Tech Expert living in Philippines, Dr Amos Kibet has been recognized as one of the top 10 Chief Technology Officers in the Philippines.
In a report shared by CEO Insight Asia, a monthly publication on top Tech experts across Asia, Kibet featured as top Information Technology experts in Philippines.
Amos Kibet has vast experience and accomplishments in software development, cybersecurity, blockchain, and AI.
Also, he bagged the 3rd position alongside nine Philippines.
Kenyan Daring Abroad
While making the announcement of Kibet’s incredible achievement, the Ministry of state department of foreign affairs Kenya lauded his pursuit for excellence abroad via their official X account.
“One of our own, Dr. Amos Kibet, Kenyan has been recognized as one of the top 10 Chief Technology Officers in the Philippines,” read the statement in part.

On the other hand, the state department recognized Kibet’s contribution as a Kenyan tech expert in the diaspora calling him ‘Shujaa Majuu’, which loosely translates to hero abroad.
“We recognize his dedication and contribution in software development, cybersecurity, blockchain and AI,” the statement further reads.
Likewise, while reacting to the recognition, Kibet said he was humbled to be among the top ten tech experts.
“I am humbled to be among top 10 Chief Technology Officers, in Philippines,” he wrote on LinkedIn.
