Kipkabus Boys High School is a public boys’ secondary school located in Uasin Gishu County.
The institution serves learners primarily from Ainabkoi and neighbouring areas and has historically functioned as a community-based boys’ school.
Over the years, the school has undergone renewal and improvement efforts, including infrastructure upgrades supported by alumni and other stakeholders.
Kipkabus Boys High School has, for decades, played a role in providing access to secondary education within the Ainabkoi region.
While the school experienced a decline in academic performance in earlier years, efforts have been made to stabilise leadership and improve learning outcomes.
In late 2025, Joel Kimisoi was appointed as the school’s principal, marking a new phase in the institution’s administration.
His appointment came at a time when the school was seeking to consolidate reforms aimed at improving discipline, academic focus, and overall institutional management.
