First lady Rachel Ruto shared a heartwarming birthday message with her husband and head of state President Wiliam Ruto as he turned 57.
In a statement, the first Lady celebrated their memories together while also revealing that it was their wedding anniversary day.
“Happy Birthday, Bill, my cherished friend and confidant. On this momentous day, as we celebrate your birthday and our wedding anniversary, I am filled with gratitude,” stated Mama Rachel.

In addition, Rachel quoted a bible verse reflecting on their union as they marked a significant milestone.

“Reflecting on the journey we’ve shared, I am reminded of a verse from the Bible, “There are three things that will endure – faith, hope, and love – and the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13 Kwa kweli mambo ni matatu,” said Rachel.
Likewise, Rachel while acknowledging his husband’s support, noted how he was a constant source of joy.
“Your love and support have been a true blessing. Thank you for being a constant source of joy and strength,” said Rachel.
Outpouring birthday messages for Ruto
On the other hand, the Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua while referring to Ruto as his friend brother wished him a happy birthday.

“Happy Birthday, my brother and my Friend, President Wiliam Ruto,” said Gachagua.
Likewise, Aden Duale the Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Defense while reflecting on the good times he shared with Ruto celebratd his boss and friend.
“We have shared so many good times together and I can’t wait to see what’s next! Happy birthday, my friend and the President,” stated Duale.
Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Wetangula wished Ruto well while describing his leadership as an exceptional and a dedicated one.
“May the Lord shower you with grace, wisdom, focus and fortitude as you continue guiding this great nation from Pharaoh’s Egypt, through the pains and tears of the wilderness and on to the social economic promised land. Happy Birthday my friend and boss,” tweeted Kuria.
On the other hand, Milicent Omanga also showered the head of state with praises while acknowledging his efforts in transforming Kenya.
