Benard Mung’ata is a Kenyan Advocate of the High Court, politician, and certified mediator with over 30 years of legal experience. He is currently the managing partner of B.M. Mung’ata & Company Advocates.
Academic And Professional Qualifications
Muteti holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, obtained in 1992 from the University of Nairobi.

He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, which he attained in 1993, before being admitted to the Roll of Advocates the same year.

Since 1995, he has been the Managing Partner of B.M. Mungata & Company Advocates.
2024 – 2025, Benard Muteti Mung’ata served as the Chairperson of the General Wages Council.
Between 2017 and 2020, he was the Chairman of the Industrial & Commercial Development Corporation
From 2013 to 2017, he was the Speaker of the Machakos County Assembly.
