Daniel Ochieng Ogola is the Managing Partner of Ogola Okello & Co. Advocates.
He is also the Chairperson of the Competition Tribunal of Kenya.
He earned a Master of Laws from the University of Nairobi in 2014.
Ogola also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi, which he earned in 1994.
In 1996, he got a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates.

From 2020 to date, Ogola has served as the Chairperson of the Competition Tribunal of Kenya.
He has been the Managing Partner of Ogola Okello & Co. Advocates Llp since 1998.
In 1995, he became a Legal Assistant of Kaplan & Stratton Advocates, a position he held for 3 years before leaving in 1998.
