Dalmas Omondi Ohungo is a Judge of the Environment and Land Court in Kenya, currently stationed in Kakamega after serving in Nakuru.
He earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi in 1997.
Dalmas holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, which he got in 1998, and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in the same year.

From 2015 to 2016, he was a Managing Partner at Omondi Kinyua & Co Advocates.

Earlier, from 2011- 2015, Dalmas Omondi worked as a Partner at Omondi Waweru & Co Advocates.
In 2001, he was an Associate Advocate at Omondi Waweru & Co Advocates until 2011.
Between 1998 and 2000, Omondi worked at Gikandi & Co. Advocates.
