Wiper Democratic Movement Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has said Azimio Coalition is open for the bipartisan talks only if the talks are in good faith.
The Wiper party boss while speaking on Sunday in Machakos County stated that Azimio is committed to the bipartisan talks but claimed the team from Kenya Kwanza was hiding something.
This comes after the opposition coalition had indefinitely suspended the talks on grounds that the government failed to meet its demands.
Likewise, while commenting about the proposed Finance Bill 2023, Kalonzo lauded the move by Senator Okiya Omtatah to challenge the bill in court.
Moreover, he called on courts to exercise honesty in ruling on Okiyah’s petition, adding that he does not fully trust the judiciary.

Nonetheless, Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti stated that the Finance Bill must undergo proper public participation as the government should find more ways to help its people.
Ndeti noted that they were waiting for directions from Kalonzo as he was their leader.
According to Machakos senator Agnes Kavindu, life is becoming hard and unbearable for hustlers as promises given by the President Ruto-led administration were not realistic.
Furthermore, she called on members of parliament not to pass the bill, saying it was not for the good of Kenyans.
