Mishi Juma Khamisi Mboko is a Kenyan politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Likoni Constituency in Mombasa County.
She has been in this role since 2017 and was re-elected in 2022. Mboko is a member of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party.
Politically, she served as the Mombasa Women Representative from 2013 to 2017 before taking over as MP for Likoni Constituency.

Mishi Juma Mboko completed her Kenya Certificate of Primary Education at Mtongwe Primary School between 1978 and 1985.
She proceeded to Likoni Secondary School, where she earned her Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education from 1986 to 1989.
Later, she pursued a Diploma in Public Relations from the University of Nairobi between 2004 and 2005.

Later, she served as Office Manager at Composite Insurance Company from 1993 to 1994, followed by a role as Administration Manager at Swara Forwarders from 1995 to 2005.
From 2005 to 2010, she worked as a Community Engager and Manager in private businesses and then served as a Public Officer for Kwale County Council between 2010 and 2012.
Since 2010, she has also held a position as a Board Member at the Central Agricultural Board.
Her political career began when she was elected as Mombasa County Women Representative in 2013, a position she held until 2017.

In 2017, she transitioned to become the Member of Parliament for Likoni Constituency, and was re-elected in 2022, thus serving in both the 12th and 13th Parliaments.
Within Parliament, she has been active on several key committees. During the 12th Parliament (2017–2022), she served on the House Business Committee, the Departmental Committee on Lands, and the Constituency Development Committee.
In the current 13th Parliament, she is a member of the Committee on Appointments, the Diaspora Affairs & Migrant Workers Committee, and the Committee on Parliamentary Powers & Privileges.
