Titus Mukhwana is a Kenyan politician and a member of parliament representing Lurambi Constituency in Kakamega County and was elected in the 2017 general elections under the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM)party.
Later in 2022, Mukhwana was re-elected to serve as a member of parliament in his constituency.

Titus Mukhwana began his formal education at Ebuchinga Primary School (now Mwangaza Primary) in 1978, where he completed his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education in 1986.
He then proceeded to Ndivisi Secondary School, studying from 1987 to 1990, and obtained his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education.
In 1995, Mukhwana pursued further studies abroad at Litchfield, Illinois, where he earned an associate degree.
After returning to Kenya, he enrolled at Mount Kenya University (MKU) and studied from 2012 to 2016, graduating with a bachelor’s degree.

Titus Mukhwana began his career in religious leadership, serving as a bishop at Cornerstone Church from 1991, a position he continues to hold.
His involvement in politics started with his candidacy for the Lurambi parliamentary seat in 2007 and again in 2013, though he was not elected in either attempt.
In 2017, Mukhwana was elected as the Member of Parliament for Lurambi Constituency on the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party ticket.
